Director of Development
This position leads fundraising efforts by creating and executing an annual fundraising plan, managing donor relations, overseeing fundraising communications, and coordinating events and campaigns.

Housekeeping
This position oversees inventory, scheduling, and quality control to ensure efficient housekeeping operations. It also manages staff assignments, orders supplies, and maintains high cleanliness standards.

Kitchen Associate
This position prepares high-quality buffet meals in our dining halls; and assists with meal preparation, kitchen maintenance, and seasonal staff supervision.

Share meals as a staff and with your family—this includes daily lunches during the conference season and three meals a day during the summer season.

You will work alongside college-aged students who work here as Summer Staff, join the Internship Program, and enroll in the LIFT Discipleship Program, gaining the opportunity to mentor the next generation both professionally and spiritually.

Spend two hours of each work week in Bible study and fellowship with the staff community. Spouses are welcome to join!

Get involved in various outreach opportunities, such as serving as a youth group leader or volunteering with our Tapawingo Girls Fellowship.
We also encourage you to make an impact by serving as an EMT, firefighter, or ambulance driver in the local community.

We encourage you to attend and consider serving at one of the local churches, where you can get involved in areas like children’s ministry, leading worship, and more.

Connect outside of work hours through activities like our weekly pickleball league and the annual Christmas party.
