A Professional Summer Music Experience for Christian Musicians
Calling all Music Performance Pre-Professionals!
Do you have a passion for musical excellence? Do you desire a strong Christian community? If so, CAMP-of-the-WOODS (COTW) is hiring talented musicians for its Summer Music Program, APAF, to musically serve the 8,000 members who vacation at COTW during the summer season.
At APAF, you will:
Lead chapel worship services
Perform in faculty-led ensembles and recitals
Explore a variety of sacred and concert music
Grow as a musician and a follower of Christ
APAF is a transformative summer experience for advanced undergraduates, graduate students, and young professionals where music and ministry come together.

What to Expect this Summer
Successful candidates are typically graduate students studying Music Performance at various colleges/universities nationwide. Some undergraduates are also accepted in the application process.
Meet the APAF Directors

Dr. Zachary and Katy Bruno
Director of the Adirondack Performing Arts Festival
He and his wife Katy live most of the year in Virginia, where Dr. Bruno serves as Professor of Music and Director of Orchestras at Liberty University as well as Orchestra Director at Thomas Road Baptist Church. From 2011 to 2022, he was Professor of Music and Director of Orchestras at Skyline College in South San Francisco, California, and in the summers of 2010 and 2015, Zack was one of the APAF summer musicians. Dr. Bruno holds a DMA in Orchestral Conducting from Boston University.
The Brunos are passionate about honoring God in music and life, and they love to disciple young professionals in following Jesus for a lifetime.

Dr. Tina Alexander-Luna
Vocal Director of the Adirondack Performing Arts Festival
Mezzo-soprano Dr. Tina Alexander-Luna is a performer, teaching artist, and Assistant Professor of Voice at the University of Regina in Canada. Known for her versatility across genres, she is passionate about helping students grow in both vocal excellence and their walk with Christ.
Tina previously served as Instructor of Voice and Choir at Northwestern Polytechnic in Alberta and was an APAF summer vocalist and worship leader from 2012–2015. She holds a DMA in Voice Performance from the University of Toronto and is grateful to serve alongside her husband, Brad, and their children as part of the APAF community.
